There are two types of bars available on this diet. The maintenance bars
(which come in the green wrapper) and the crunch bars (in the yellow
wrapper.) The maintenance variety (which comes in the flavors of
chocolate mint, oatmeal raisin, and caramel nut) are limited to only bar
per day because they are a bit higher in calories and carbohydrates. If
you ate more than one per day, this might place you higher in your
calorie and carbohydrate intake. It's not worth one bar placing you in
jeopardy of getting out of ketosis or of not seeing the weight loss that
you are hoping for.
