To obtain and maintain optimal health, and have a body that functions
correctly, you must consume the right amount of vitamins and minerals
daily. The body is truly not a complicated system, however, it relies on
you to take care of it so it can take care of you. It is your job to
know how to do this and then follow through with the knowledge you are
given. There are specific vitamins and minerals you must consume each
day, and if you do not consume them by a healthy diet, you must
supplements.
